An interview is a two way process. It is primarily about the interviewer deciding whether you have the
right skills, abilities and personality for their business culture. Equally, however, it is about the candidates deciding whether the role, culture and scope of the job are going to be beneficial
in building their careers.

How hungry are you_ for the job as well as personal success?
Can you sell yourself as you would any other product you believe in?
What's your motive for applyimg in the first palce?
What have you got to offer?
It is a buying and selling process - it's not personal!
