Establish a mental edge

"Your state of mind is a decisive factor in whether you will be a winner or a loser. No matter how hard the task, the smaller the elements the task can be broken into, the easier it is to accomplish. Ask yourself 'Can I do just one more?'

The answer will usually be: 'Yes I can'
